i have a strict diet which has worked all summer (got off it because i went back to school) and train regularly. i am trying to cut the 10-12 pounds i need to lose over three weeks before the tourny so i am training harder, eating better again, and am thinking about using my days off to spend in the suana for a little bit.
anyone have tips or things i can replace in my schedule or add to it? or just tips to help out
