July Wednesday: 28, 2010 Light Day
Squat: 115 x 5, 140 x 5, 170 x 5, 170 x 5
Overhead Press: 95 x 5, 115 x5, 135 x5, 145 x 5
Incline Bench: 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 175 x 5, 195 x 5
Deadlift: 175 x 5, 205 x 5, 240 x 5, 275 x 5, 295 x 3
Bent Rows: 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 175 x 5
Situps
Comments: still first week on the bill starr 5 x 5, with the weights im using, its as if im on week 4 of the program ( had 3 hard weeks of 4 day split so I feel this decision is justified). So far, workouts feel a lot easier than before. Not getting much of pump, or feeling any soarness next day. Hope this program isn't a waste of time.
