OK ill start (dont tease me

)
Im 19 years old
-Years lifted / experience: Been lifting for about 4/5 years now, started lifting about 2 years seriously. The majority of my research comes from the internet, including a couple e-books and various forums. (All my advice should be considered sem-legit, i wont be giving out information on a topic i know nothing of)
-Starting weight: When i started lifting I was 100 lbs, 5'2 @ about 12% bf
-Current weight and height: I weigh about 148, 5'4, @ about 10% bf
-Lifting Stats Deadlift: 315 x 5
Squat: 225 x 5 (Oly style, parallel could go 275 x 5)
Military press: 90 x 5 (weak i know)
-Picture (only have one of my back about couple months ago @ 140 lbs) (no lats)
