Bigfoot lost because he couldn't see. I was expecting a nice back and forth fight, but instead, Cain drops an elbow right away, cuts Silva really good, and then pounds on him for a while. Silva spent all of his energy shaking his head and wiping the blood away, he couldn't defend, strike back, or even get up.

I'm not saying Cain wouldn't have won anyways, but give credit where it's due. Cain won MOSTLY because of that cut.
