Well said, I think that's all that really matters here. I am not much of a Diaz fan either but I'm in love with Maryjane. I may be a little biased beyond that. Though I root against Diaz in a fight, I fucking hate the NSAC.

Also to people saying his lawyer is taking advantage of him you should look him up http://goodmanlawgroup.com/
Dude is high profile and has an interest in MMA. I doubt he would fuck up a big case like this and have a loud mouth like Diaz telling everybody his lawyer screwed him.
Wikipedia wrote:In 2005 Goodman acquired the World Fighting Alliance (WFA) with partner Louis Palazzo. The WFA, a mixed martial arts organization held successful events at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and The Forum in Inglewood. Goodman negotiated the first 30 minute slot on Showtime to feature an MMA organization. Under his management, the WFA acquired top ranked MMA fighters to include future UFC champions, Rich Franklin, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Lyoto Machida and Urijah Faber.[9] In 2006 Goodman along with partners sold the WFA to the UFC.

I may hate lawyers as much as I hate the fucking NSAC but I doubt this guy is fucking around.

Even so, as decorated a lawyer and advocator of MMA as he may be, the allegation that the NSAC does not have metabolites as a banned substance was the most ridiculous attempt at getting some leverage.

It does look to me like Goodman is either grasping at straws or intentionally trying to milk the situation. If this case does turn out that Nicks rights were infringed upon, I'll certainly stand corrected and readily admit that.

XFD @ metabolites not being banned substances
That means fighters can take in whatever they want, as long as just the metabolites register
