Not true. His best wins were Rampage, Reem twice, prime little nog, and prime machida.

Fine, before his prime. But that was still at a point when Rampage could do more than box. That was when Rampage was slamming and GNPing guys, so that's my counter to the argument. When he came to the UFC, Rampage lost every other aspect of his game.
It kind of seems like people are blurring the line between modern UFC Rampage and the Rampage that entered the UFC, took the title from Chuck and even defended it against Henderson.
In PRIDE he was little more than a better Kevin Randleman, with worse wrestling and superior striking - he honed his talent and became more of a specialist by the time he entered the UFC and only then did he win a title. So in my mind there's really not even much argument whether a very green albeit more diverse Rampage was considered "better" or more "in his prime" than the Rampage that focused on his boxing and became a universally respected striker.

After the 2nd loss to Wand and when he fought Shogun, Rampage was at the time, thought to be shot as a fighter.

LMAO, these take the cake:
Patrick Cote vs. Anderson Silva - Scott Smith, Jason Day, Kendall Grove, Drew McFedries, Ricardo Almeida (Split decision) gets MW title shot
Thales Leites vs Anderson Silva - Pete Sell, Floyd Sword, Ryan Jensen, Nate Marquardt, Drew McFedries, MW title shot
Dan Henderson vs Anderson Silva - Loses to Rampage in LHW title fight, gets MW title shot lol
Rich Franklin vs. Evan Tanner - Jorge Rivera, Curtis Stout, goes to LHW to fight Ken Shamrock, gets MW title shot
Vitor Belfort vs. Anderson Silva- Terry Martin, Matt Lindland, Rich Franklin (At catch weight), instant MW title shot after going 1-0 in the UFC
Nate Marquardt vs. Anderson Silva - Ivan Salaverry, Joe Doerksen, Crafton Wallace, Dean Lister, title shot
and finally, my favorite;
Travis Lutter vs. Anderson Silva - Wins TUF Finale against Patrick Cote, instant title shot.

I think Coleman would win by Sub or TKO.
