So I found this section of the site and decided to start contributing my workouts as well. My workout was also developed between Smith and myself because Smith is the man. For the record my stats are:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 170-172
I did not get a chance to work out on Tuesday due to band practice which could really be considered cardio with my style of playing. I typically lose around 2 to 3 pounds of water weight through sweat during an hour or more practice so judge for yourself.
Tonight I will be doing Chest/Tri's/Core and possibly some jump rope and drumming. Will post exact numbers tomorrow.
