Dana's Soccer comment...did he screw himself?

Ok first of all i love Dana White and his charisma even if he says shit i don't agree with but in the press conference for the Canada PPV he talked about how soccer sucks and its the least talented sport in the world.

1. Americans think soccer sucks because they love high scoring sports and have their kids play soccer, because they think its easy. As if the kids have mastered the sport at the age of 8
2. What a dumb fucking thing to say seeing how he is trying to sell a 80,000+ SOCCER STADIUM IN BRAZIL!!!!!!!!

I thought the comment might slip the soccer community, i was checking soccer websites to read articles and surely enough most of the sites have his comments and articles on it. Did Dana just screw himself?

naw, it's just like boxers saying MMA sucks, sure ppl who are into both are gonna be like "man he's dumb" but the fans of mma are still just that, and I doubt they'd miss a chance to catch a fight in person just because of some stupid comment

Soccer does take athleticism and skill and can actually be a pretty cool sport.

Unfortunately for some reason Soccer players act like such little bitchy cunts..

They flop and flail all over the place trying to make the ref call a foul... It really is disgusting and pathetic... That is seriously the only reason I hate it.

May seem wierd to hate a sport because of that one aspect but god damn..... these guys flop SO MUCH!! Lamest fucken sport ever because the men who play it are little bitches... not all of them of course.. But come on we have all seen the collections of vids and highlights...

If you get fouled or knocked down.... GET UP YOU LITTLE PUSSY! JUMP UP OFF THE GROUND AND RESUME PLAY LIKE A FUCKEN MAN!!!

You need to shut the fuck up. You can't badmouth a country's national sport. That's like saying "Football (American) is dumbest sport I've ever seen," a couple weeks before you put on a show in Texas. That's like saying "Cricket is the gayest sport I've ever seen," a couple weeks before you put on an event in India.

Ive played soccer (or football/foosball as its really called) most my life, play hockey, tennis, motocross, train in kickboxing and karate and gotta admit soccer isnt AS physically demanding as hockey and other sports but no doubt it still demands great cardio and athletics

I find soccer pretty lackluster to watch, but honestly nothings worse then baseball to watch....fun to play though
