newsflash...just because someone is lean/ripped doesnt mean their on roids. these guys workout 6x a week, 2-3x a day for 2-3 hrs...your naturally going to gain muscle on that course. if you course reems weightgain it would be achieveable for the time period he did it in... in 5 years hes gained 40 lbs... gsp said he could gain 10lbs of lean muscle in 7 months...does that mean hes a roider? mir gained 40 lbs in 6 months for his fight against kongo and no one said a word lol, i think most people who make these accusations do not work out and just point fingers..... do these guys use suppliments YES...gsp on a ep of primetime showed a full years worth..... but because someone has muscle doesnt mean anything like they roided necc and alot of the guys who get caught are not taking roids as a muscle gainer, there getting popped for muscle recovery

Alright, here we go again...... I don't know what you know so I will do this in a nut shell.
If Lombard only did body building and no other sports, eat really clean and didn't roid in anyway he MIGHT and that is a big MIGHT be able to retain his body.
But as he comes from Judo and has to train boxing, MT, ground arts, cardio variations, circuit variations and a host of other things from time to time, the muscles simply wouldn't be able to recover and grow ESPECIALLY if he trained twice a day, 6 times a week. He WOULD need something for muscle repair. Additionally he has all the hall marks of someone who roids heavily. It's om that you are naive, you are probably young and inexperience in body and nutrition.
