Dana White is so deep into Chael Sonnen's nutsack that he actually IS one of Sonnen's balls. So, everything he says against Silva and in favor of Sonnen, to me, is questionable.

If Sonnen wins this fight, you'll see that Dana will create some false controversy surrounding Silva just to cut him from the UFC. Dana can't stand him.

He's either scared of the impact of losing to Chael will have on him, his fans, and his legacy, or he's just scared of Chael.

I'd fight 3 chael sonnens at once over a 1 on 1 with vitor. Once silva smashes sonnen maybe chael will be stupid enough to fight vitor. Hell even rumble johnson would smash sonnen.

:Holy: WHAT?!?!?! AM I READING THIS RIGHT? I hope you're seriously joking dude because if you're not you need to get your head examined. Dana isn't and never was on Chael's nuts and never will be. Dana continuously publicly says that Chael says outlandish and inappropriate things. If anything Dana is one of Chael's biggest critics for God's sakes!

Dana has been building Anderson up for 6 straight years. Every time the name Anderson Silva is even mentioned I gurantee he says at least one of the following phrases: Pound for pound greatest/ best, best MMA fighter ever/ most talented fighter ever/ most dominant fighter ever, etc etc. I can go on forever about the bias praises Dana says about Anderson. You're literally out of your mind bro.

Yes Dana's had problems with Anderson with this Chael rematch only because Anderson was coming up with evey conceivable reason not to take the fight. He wants nothing to do with Chael and its obvious Dana lost patience with Anderson's prima donna attitude concerning this fight. And win, lose or draw Dana will never ever ever cut Anderson. Cut the man you've built up for 6 years as all the terms I just mentioned above? Are you insane? Wow man... that post was a real shocker to me

people make it seem like silva should want to fight chael. not only did he beat him once but chael was caught cheating during the first fight. and as much as everyone would like to pretend that didnt happen, it did. so why would silva be eager to fight someone who cheated??

not one person in here would want to give any cheater a rematch for the title if they were in the same position. and if silva didnt already clear out the division the UFC wouldnt have been so eager to match sonnen up with silva again.

the same people saying silva is ducking chael are the same people who agreed that silva ducked him for 6 years. those are the same people who said he ducked vitor....henderson.....okami...maia.....and leites. those are the same people who've been saying (for years) silva will lose his next fight.

how is someone like me supposed to take any of that serious??

this is how you all sound to me:

when silva signs a fight

[insert fighter's name] will take silva down and submit him, silva has no TDD and will get finished on the ground

when the fight is a couple weeks away
silva had trouble with [insert fighter] and because of that he'll lose this fight and i wont have to see him dance around ever again...something something something fake humble

a week away from the fight:

[insert fighter] has the best shot at beating silva. silva has been fighting cans and he'll finally fight someone that can beat him. silva will probably win but i wont be surprised if [any fighter....even bisping] pulls out the victory

days before the fight

silva is scared and he tried to duck [somebody who isnt as good as him] but now they have to fight. i got [anybody] winning this by vicious GnP unless silva catches him (as if silva doesnt always catch them)

after the fight

AAAAAAAAANNNNNNNDDDDDD STIIIIIILLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!

Image

the following monday

silva got lucky, i cant wait till he fights [next opponent] he's gonna get his ass whooped. he's ducking jon jones

and im all like Image

How are we supposed to take you seriously, though?

It would appear 90% of your arguments involve you trying to fit people into neat little categories.

"All people saying Silva ducked Chael are the same people that....."

"All people that hate Jones are the same people that....."

You're a pretty smart dude, I think you can do better than that. Maybe you're just getting bored.
Ed, if you hear me, I think of you often.

Which he is. So... still not ducking. Sonnen only got his first title shot because Vitor kept getting injured. No one thought Chael was a bigger threat than Vitor, so Anderson fought Vitor.

People also accused Anderson of ducking Okami. People bitched quite a bit that Okami kept getting passed over for his title shot. So Anderson fought him.

Now he's fighting Chael.

When did he duck him?

Many of us aren't claiming that he "ducked" Sonnen, just the fact that he was a complete bitch about it, and didn't want to fight Sonnen. When money and the thought of being looked at as a bitch for the rest of his career came to mind he came to his senses and agreed to fight.

This is not the only person Silva has tried to duck. He said everything he could not to have to fight Hendo again. Even with Vitor he was trying to discredit him and come up with reasons he should not fight Vitor Fucking Belfort. Hell he even discredited GSP a fucking WW lol. Yet he jumped at the chance to Maia, Leites, TRAVIS LUTTER, Cote and JAMES "X-ARM" Irving

Silva is not stupid and knows when a fighter is a threat to him.
Looking for Sig Bets, I got:

Vitor > Rockhold (Tron)

He really doesn't lie, as much as I don't like the guy he tells it like it is.

i have options, several... i could ignore you guys completely, or i could respond directly to both of your posts and try to defend my post by further explaining my thoughts. or i can slightly adjust my posture, tilt my head slightly to the right and quietly notice how although you 2 seem to criticize my post you have not disagreed with its content...just the presentation.

after 17k post and over 4 years on this forum and 26 years on this earth i kinda know when i struck a nerve. and if my post sounds lazy imagine how redundant you guys sound to me when you keep predicting silva's downfall. i've never been wrong when it comes to a silva fight yet. can yall say the same??

Meh... It's easy to root for the champion. I can sit here and blabber on about the Yankees or the Heat or Giants just like you yack about Anderson. Making obvious points and redundancies about the long reigning champion is easy. Making intelligent posts, facts and thoughts about the challenger is actually quite difficult. Seems to me you take the easy way out every time and just post the same blabber about how you're always right. Wow congrats, you picked Anderson to win?! I'm sure you're the only one
